Questions

Asked before selling

Straight answers from the desk.
How do I sell crypto for AED?
Start a chat with the amount and coin you're selling. You'll get a quote, verify in the chat, then settle at our Dubai office: your crypto is verified on-chain and you're paid on the spot.
What payout options do I have when selling?
Three options: cash AED at our office, local UAE bank transfer (minimum 100,000 AED, 0.8% fee), or a manager's cheque (minimum 200,000 AED). Tell us your preference in the chat and we'll confirm it in your quote.
How long does a bank transfer payout take?
Bank transfers go to local UAE banks and typically arrive within several hours (not instant, as your beneficiary details are added first). SWIFT is currently not available, and payouts never go to third-party personal accounts.
Which coins and networks do you accept?
USDT (TRC20 preferred — 0% network fee), BTC, ETH, and USDC. Other networks carry a small additional fee, which is always shown in your quote before you confirm.
