How do I start trading with DubaiOTC?

Do I need to create an account or fill in any forms?
No. There is nothing to register and nothing to fill in — the whole process, from first question to confirmed appointment, happens in one chat conversation with our team.
How does verification work?
It's one-time, free, and done entirely in the chat: you send a photo of your Emirates ID (front and back) plus a few basic details. No external KYC websites, no paperwork. Once the team approves you — usually within 1–2 working days — you're set for this trade and every future one.
Who can trade with DubaiOTC?
UAE residents with a valid Emirates ID who are physically in the UAE, aged 18+. We trade only with the verified person — no third parties. If you're paying a property developer, special arrangements (like a manager's cheque) can be reviewed case by case — start a chat and ask.
What are your working hours?
Our desk operates Monday to Saturday, 11:00–20:00 Dubai time (closed Sunday). The chat is monitored around the clock, and in-person meetings are scheduled within desk hours.
Where is your office?
In Dubai. The exact location is shared in the chat once your onboarding is approved, and all visits are by appointment only.
