01The website
You can read every page of this site without telling us anything. We do not use tracking scripts, advertising pixels, or profiling of any kind, and we set no tracking cookies — which is also why you won't find a cookie banner here.
02Analytics
We measure site traffic in aggregate — page views and visits — at our infrastructure provider's network edge. This measurement is cookieless, does not identify you, and does not follow you anywhere. There is no analytics script in your browser.
03The chat
Trading happens in conversation — on Telegram or the website chat. Anything you share there is provided by you, used to serve your request and to meet the desk's legal obligations, and handled by the desk team only. Verification is part of that conversation; what it involves is explained to you in the chat before you share anything.
04What we never do
- We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We do not run marketing lists or send unsolicited messages.
- We do not share your information with third parties, except where the law requires it.
05Retention
Information shared with the desk is kept only as long as serving you and complying with applicable UAE regulations requires, and no longer.
06Your requests
To ask what the desk holds about you, or to request correction or deletion where the law allows it, just ask in the chat — the same channel you already use.
07Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated date.
